Back in April, we posted a vacancy for an Inside Sales Representative. Since then, we found not one, but two excellent candidates, so we hired both.

Today, we introduce you to Benjamin. Are you curious to learn who he is and why he chose S3S? Then read on!

Welcome to the team! Can you tell us a bit more about yourself?

Benjamin: Hi there! My name is Benjamin and I live in Dikkelvenne, together with my girlfriend. When I’m not working, you can often find me on my motorcycle – or in the garage, tinkering with it.

I studied Multimedia Technology but ended up becoming a Systems Engineer.

So you have a background in the IT sector?

Benjamin: Yes, I even assembled servers at my previous job. But at S3S I will be performing a different role.

As Inside Sales Representative, I will be in close contact with our customers, will handle quotations, …

What attracted you to S3S?

Benjamin: I already knew and loved the sector, but the company culture at S3S is very different from what I was used to. It’s very open and the structure is not as top down as most companies.

Does the reality live up to your expectations so far?

Benjamin: I’ve only been working here for a couple of weeks, but so far everything has been great. I received a lot of training, of course, so I already gathered a lot of knowledge, both technical and administrative.

Sounds great! What do you hope the future will hold for you here?

Benjamin: I don’t have a crystal ball, of course, but S3S is growing and the future looks bright. As for myself, I hope to be able to grow in my new role. What happens beyond that, remains to be seen.
